I wanna know what the hell is NASA up to first. Why they want to find water on the Moon? They have already found some during the Apollo's landing, in a crater..if there is more water, then it's on the polar points. It's insignificant, unless they want to build moon bases, which I highly doubt, due to the fact, that this economy can't even let us build or buy houses on Earth, and the the governments are more focused on fecking wars instead of -God forbid- science or advencement.
