What ever happened to GOOD Customer Service??? ohwell ohwell
ohwell ohwell ohwell I love to give good customer service on my
job and I expect it in return, however, I am finding GOOD Customer
Service is like finding a needle in a haystack.......Am I the only one
who feels this way???

Just my opinion, any comments, feel free to holla back at the Queen.

Most customer service has been outsourced nowadays.

I feel it is all in one smoke-filled room in a bunker deep somewhere in
the Ukraine run buy a guy named Gluot...

well people work by the hour and really don't care how a customer feels
as long as then get their pay check.

If its face to face than normally its good (tho there are bad ones out
there) but if its over the phone and I can't understand the person on
the other line, than it becomes a loooong process.

When I have to pay more money for a small bag of popcorn and a small
coke than for the movie itself, the very least I expect the cashier can
do is bring it to me, instead of demanding I come over to where they're
standing.

"Customer service" is a foreign phrase these days.

Dell just got trashed today for offering a $300 in-house computer repair
service--turns out all they do is give you an 800 phone #---NYET!

Arby's is good, though...

Customer service - touchy subject for me.
I'm an independent decisive shopper - I don't need or want someone
hovering around offering opinions, directing me to purchase other
things, chatting, wanting to befriend me.
Leave me be - if I want help I will politely ask for it.
Ideally no words need to be exchanged - a smiling nod, or just a smile
will suffice.

On a similar topic - don't even get me started on telephone help lines
that are a series of "Press 1 for ...." and you never get to speak to a
real person..... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.mad

Will there be scattered lightness toward morning?
