What kind of future plans do you have in mind when you find the one you want to be with? |

i like to envision us much the same way as our bookstore date, except older and wrinklier. i'd love to spend our days sitting on old creaky rocking chairs, on a big, wraparound porch, drinking iced tea and reading books - either aloud to each other, or side by side in silence. That sounds perfect |

I'm not going to delude myself by thinking about that type of future. I agree. |

I want a life of controlled chaos, crazy weekdays of getting kids ready for school, making breakfast and rushing out the door for work, but i will relish in the quite moments too, the afternoons in the hammock, the rainy days with the kids, the lazy sunday mornings after good morning sex... i can not wait...

And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future. |

1. Lock the doors and not come out for a week! (just for starters)
2. Buy stock in a florist since I will be buying there all the time. 3. Keep supplied with chocolate! 4. Keep supplied with chocolate! (This is the chocolate syrup to be used in massages.) The other one is for eating! hmmmm! So is this one really! 5. Hire a plane that will fly over a crowded football stadium with a banner that says "I love you (her name)" 6. Try to convince her that she should handle the checkbook since I have a tendency to splurge on gadgets! 7. Clear out Walmart of all post-it notes since I will be leaving them all over the place telling her how much I care. 8. through 1000 X rated |

Good thread Tina ...
I'm digging all the "olde school" people in here who have been around a while. Good to see your faces. Sorry I'm an absentee lately (or "you're welcome" based upon who you are. ). What I do with her (aka "the one") is something that must be decided in unison, btw, so I'm wide open I think. A good relationship is built upon the desire to accommodate the other person as mission #1. The beach chair thingy isn't a bad start though. |
