ok my best friend went thru some crap last night, her moms husband went crazy an tried to kill them last night. Beat up her mom an threaded them. He is in jail. He threaded the cops as well.

How much time will he get for all this?

Holy Cr*p, whats going on in the world? To many sick people out there now, with the economy the way it is it may just be the snapping point for some.

As far as time he gets, he will probaby be there though to the weekend I would think for now. After that, probably in a hospital ward for a while, then who knows after that.

OMG! What a horrible experience to have to go through. Hopefully he will get what he deserves BUT more importantly is that 'they' take care of themselves and DO what's best to get out of that situations for good.

'They' should seek the peace and happiness that they deserve.

It would depend on whether the judge grants bail and how long it would take for his bail to be posted. He should have some sort of bail hearing within 24 to 48 hours. Then, it would go from there. Based on the nature of the charges bail could possibly be denied.

Well I don't think he is getting out anytime soon. The cops were T'ed off about it all so they are going to do everything they can.

Its ok I understand where you came from, at time we need to learn how to keep our thoughts to ourselves. or how to say what he think but a lot nicer.

Sadly, this kind of thing goes on every day. He will not get much time. Whatever time he gets will be based more on his record than anything else.
