When in your life have you felt the most loved? I don't personally think there was EVER a time when that happened. |

Mothers day, many years ago. My daughters (ages 6 an 8) made me breakfast in bed.
Coffee perked with grinds in it, severed in a coffee mug with smilie faces on it. Frenchtoast soggie with butter and 10x sugar, on a pretty china plate. Fresh berries and cream served in an antique crystal bowl and a tall glass of orange juice in a wine glass. On a fancy tray we used when someone was sick. With pretty cloth napkins and 3 forks and 3 spoons. We shared the breakfast in my bedroom. I had heard them in the kitchen. Since 7 am they were having fun together trying to surprise me. The best part of the breakfast was knowing that they not only loved me, but that my daughters were a team in life. And that in the event they did not have me, they will always have each other. |
