Do people who added you as a friend or favorite know when you have updated or changed your profile?

the only way they know that is if look at your profile and notice a difference. there aren't messages sent saying someone updated a profile

if you look under the pictures....the number of posts....you can click on that to see the posts from that person. |

It can be done but it there aren't any links really for it unless they happen to see a post you made, then they can click on number of posts you made that's listed to the side and see all the posts you made. So unless someone is a regular on the boards it's unlikely that they would see your posts. |
