Cover up the exposed wooden part of the couch. I actually damaged my liver on my wood couch playing with my son. I fell back on the corner of it. It didn't hurt until about 6 hours later when I went into the ER.

I was going to sit on the couch last night and whacked my knee really hard on a wooden part on the couch... It hurts really really bad Any suggestions to What I can do to make it stop hurting? Kiss it better and if hard to reach ask a man (me, me ,me) to kiss it better that could feel even better. Another way to make your knee stop hurting is to take a hammer and hit your toe hard, you'll have a big red toe but you won't think of your knee anymore. |

Ouch!
CUT IT OFF! Well at least that's what I was told as a kid! Elevate it! Rotate hot and cold on it for approximately 20 minutes at a time. I hope it feels better! |
