Her supple form
Twirls in a dance -
As spirit grooves,
She’s lost in a trance.

Quietly, her spirit calls -
“Go home, Go home.”
Mind does not hear,
By day-to-day life - too enthralled.

Her body hears
Spirit’s whispered call
Reacting with vengeance
To mind’s ignorant gall.

Her step is now slowed
As she walks with aid.
Her mind finds connection
Now that body has paid.

Home she’ll return
For rejuvenation of spirit, body, and mind.
Home, Dine’ Woman,
Peace you will find.
