Do you have AVG anti virus installed? Not to run a scan, but there have been issues with that. I have AVG it runs everyday. I wonder if that has anything to do with my problem? |

You just need to update it to the newest version, they just had a conflict with something that made life hell for a few million people. |

Unless you are using a proxy, those settings should always be set to no proxy. |

Download the new version of MSN (2009) and install it (it's free and might solve your problem), it might help, to check if it is on your computer the problem try opening your account on another PC if it works fine there then it is a problem with the installation on your PC if it does the same on other PC's then it is a problem with MSN and your login account.
