it would probably depend on the cop but i would think they would search you at the very most.

no, you saying that gives them probable cause. me and a couple buddys got pulled over for nothing. when the cop came to the window he smelled cigarette smoke and searched us all. Of course he found nothing and let us all go.
lawsuit...your funny guy, yeah maybe if they beat you while they searched you and you got it on tape.... |

no, you saying that gives them probable cause. me and a couple buddys got pulled over for nothing. when the cop came to the window he smelled cigarette smoke and searched us all. Of course he found nothing and let us all go. wow thats bogus dude you seriously think if I SAID that though, they'd still search me....waste their time and then find NOTHING on me... I mean I'm not gonna say it with the bag and the bowel still lit in my pocket.....I havent smoked myself stupid lol

I know what cops did to you, guess why?
