I love the rain, that's why I'm in Ireland instead of Spain. Nobody comes to Ireland for the weather.

actually the 3 weeks i spent there was around this time of year and there was very little rain. the ppl we met said you were having a dry spell.

Must have been farmers, they call it a dry spell when there is no rain for a week, and after two weeks they start complaining about the lack of water. And then, when it is thankfully raining, they are not content either, because it's then the crop needs the sun.

Out of the 3 weeks we were there we only had a few days of brief showers. That's one thing, it seemed like if you didn't like the weather just wait a couple of hours and it would change.

Happens too when you like the weather too much. The week before last was great, and then one night I woke up freezing, and it was raining cats and dogs.
