I would be scared to move in She really has no reason to be scared to move in...IF she tells him that she is not interested and IF he continues to bother her, all she would have to do is report him to the office manager. Just don't lead him on and be upfront...things will be fine!!

just politely say "no thank you"!...That is if "he" ever asks you.... he has had a crush on you for a long time.......but you just met him yesterday????????????? a 30 year old man should ask for a date himself..... yea...I go over her apartment quite frequently. I never even knew he existed until yesterday, but I guess he knew of me.

Why does a guy having a crush on you for a long time give you the creeps? It gives me the creeps, because I am moving there. He is the maintainance man, so he has keys to the apartments....just creeps me out. Just think, he could go through your drawers and strap one of your bras on his face then run around the complex yelling "I'm a bug, yeah yeah yeah, I'm a bug!"

30 year old man told his step Mom to tell my friend to ask me if I wanted to go to dinner this weekend. My friend said he is shy, but really nice and I wouldn't have to worry about him trying to make a move on me. He is the maintainance guy in the apartments I am about to move into in September. I met him for the first time yesterday. My friend said he has had a crush on me for a long time. Kind of gives me the creeps. Anyways...how do I tell him I am not interested without coming off as being mean? Oh! My friend asked me how I get all the guys. She said "It must be those tight jeans you wear." My jeans are not tight....they are the type that stretch.....but far from tight LOL I hardly find anything alluring about them! I don't wear short shorts or revealing tops. Nerves me that she would say that to me! Just tell him you're not interested. You don't have to explain why, just tell him.
