take 2 greenbell peppers or one red one green small block hams half an onion mild banana peppers chop it all up throm it in a bowl add light italian dressing a spuart of lemon one tomato chop it up ass well throw the banana pepper juice in as well and mix and bammm jajaja u have a healthy option for rice instead of beanss

sounds good and healthy! i'd prob use grilled chicken over the ham, but good either way!
