Yea I always drive to the coast whenever it gets real hot. One of the best places to cool down is near the ocean. I like Petaluma, Santa Cruz, and Monterey.. how about you?

Oh well I'm only about 10 minutes from the coast anyway so the weather is usually pretty good where I am.

I actually tried being a vegetarian and vegan for a while..I had a ton of energy when I gave up meat for 3 months. I like to jog and at that time I was able to jog 9miles in under 2hrs...
