they been making em look great on previews but the actual movie sucks.

Yeah? A couple of people told me that it wasn't the smash-bang blockbuster it's been made out to be. Then again, they all work in the film biz so you simply can't trust what they have to say.

I looked at it this way- If Will Ferrell is in it, then chances are that it's gonna be another one of his formulaic, totally un-funny forays into goofdom.

The only difference here is that the film's budget is easily ten-times that of his other flicks.

How about Terminator: Salvation? I saw it all but disappeared off the top five movie lists already- I trust that ain't a good sign, eh?

Yeah. I kinda figured "Land of the Lost" was gonna be a stinker. It's a shame though, as that's the one Intellectual Property that actually COULD'VE used an update.

Makes you wonder, though- what's next? A "reimagining" of "Electrawoman and Dynagirl"? "Sheldon the Sea Monster"?

That'd be scary Moof....

Of course, they COULD improve an Elecrawoman and Dynagirl movie by casting you as Electrwoman, Prncs.
