I have an explaination for you.... or should I say, my opinion and theory; Women were designed to look at what a man has to offer due to the mysterious longing for a child that most of us go through sometime after adulthood.. A woman needed to pick the strongest, bravest, most capeable man they could to provde protection and to hunt for food for the family. Women may be subconsciously thinking if a man can't own a car or his own house, etc. that he's not usually a good choice in a mate for connecting wth for breeding purposes, you know, not a family provider kind of man. Many other mammals do the same thing. and dont care about happiness only what they can get? |

Many other mammals do the same thing. and dont care about happiness only what they can get? No, there are women that will stay with people who should not breed or do not have anything. Those girls have Low Self Esteemm, find one of those, Treat her nice then start to push her away and then you have a girl that would not leave you for anything, but she will be more clingy than super glue. You will be stuck with her, whether you want her or not. |

Some of that isn't about materialism at all. It's about functioning, being able to live. One doesn't have to have a house but a place is needed to live. One generally needs some type of job to be a provider or to help provide. And a car, most people, unless you live in a place with a large taxi system or rail system, need one to get to and from said job and other needful places.

im so lonely and need a woman in my life, but not just any woman a true nice and sexy woman. im on ssi and when women find out im on ssi and do not own a car or house or have a job so i can give them all these materialistic posesstions there gone and off to another victim, wow is material objects all a person wants anymore? people only seem to think of thierselfs anymore. is anyone out there diferent? that's not all we think of; however, i don't want to be both a caregiver and have someone completely financially dependent on me either. if that makes me materialistic from your point of view, so be it. |

If you can support a wife on SSI and a bus pass then your choice of women don't have much of a standard of what they expect out of life. Since SSI isn't enough to keep even one person off a poverty level existence it sounds like the greedy one is the one wanting something for basiclly nothing. Since you don't suggest you are going to offer anything to the relationship except abusive judgemental name calling juat shows their wisdom in avoiding the situation.
