my niece ;wants me to make her, french fries. So, with all the Idaho potatoes we have ,we will do it. Kristen wants me to ask all,------> how do you-all like your french fries?? She wants cheese, with hers. You??

I bake the potatos first then cut half inch slices and brown em in butter with green chilis and onions

raw potatoes sliced scallop-style with different season salts and toppings, cheeses, and watercress with creamcheese and proscuitto ham just me though, i don't know anyone else that would like it.

Goes great with Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream ! Potato chips(wavy ones) goes great also, if no fries available.

just remember, the hotter the oil, the less grease will absorb and the crispier they will be

Sumtimes I like to dip em in ketchup, sumtimes I like to dip em in Kraft Real Mayo, just depends on what my taste buds are wantin at the time

For your nice niece I reccommend sweet potatoes with a little olive oil soaked in them and take the strips and deep fry them one by one and serve plain or with cinnamon

Crinkle cut with a crispy outside and soft inside, loaded with chili, cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and some chives.

MMMMMMM.......homemade french fries! Light vinegar and heavy on the ketchup! We fry ours in vegetable oil in a shallow frying pan, strain , .... then wrap in paper towels for a few minutes

i love chili cheese fries...the ones at deltaco also add tomatoes, onions and sour cream...yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
