I was in level 10 consciousness (Monroe level 10) in a dark sleeping chamber when I noticed their presence. Level 10 is when your mind is awake and your body is asleep. (Called sleep paralysis.) (While in sleep paralysis, you can become aware of each other. They seemed to be working on my stomach doing something, but I did not know what. What ever they were doing, I had not given my consent. It was fear energy they were taking from me. Inducing fear and draining energy. I broke the paralysis by using my will to move my index finger which brought me back to physical control of my body and out of their astral room. This kind of thing happens a lot to people. My young niece who was about ten years old said something like that happened to her too. I believe they are simply in need of the energy from the induced fear. |
