Good point. I don't think we'll ever see it. Their crimes are destined to go unpunished. In this world anyway.

The issue is that if Obama goes after Bush, Rummy, and quick draw McGraw the backlash wouldn't be pretty. The Republican Party is in a bit of disarray at the moment, their attacks on Obama haven't really gained traction, an event like this could rally the GOP and give them something to unify under.

If they close it and put these war criminals in with street thugs, that would steal salt from a biscuit, or knife their Grannies in the back , I'd say it would be more than they deserve. From what you see in the media and press, those guys will wish for "water boarding"

the current administration flip flops on the whole issue. either prosecute or stop talking about it. put up or shut up. but I still suspect a lot will go down for it on both sides. who knows how many knew and approved but are now keeping quiet
