This recipe was my sister's. I posted it on another site, and it was a huge hit. It's really simple to make, and it is delicious!

You will need:
1 loaf pan, lined with foil
1 pint whipping cream
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
1 cup (six ounces) miniature chocolate chips
additional piece of foil

Prepare whipping cream per package directions and put in fridge

Mix together the condensed milk, water, peppermint extract and food coloring

Fold this mixture into the whipped cream

Stir in the miniature chocolate chips

Pour into the prepared pan

Cover with piece of foil

Freeze at least six hours

Remove foil and invert onto plate

Note: I slice this ice cream rather than scooping. It's yummy if you take a slice of the ice cream and then put a piece of cake on top.

Warning: This recipe will make you wanna slap your Momma!!!!
