I have stepped between many displaying violence, men on men, women on
women, men on women...I am not a violent person..I am not agressive.

However since access to mobile phones in this area, that come with neat
little cameras in them...I step up close enough to be seen and take
photos, and then say...this may be needed as evidence to the assault you
just committed..shall I email them to the police now? They are already
on their way...

Remembering, I live in a town of 2 500 in total..and we don't have guns
around here..

Assertive? Absolutely.. Aggressive? No,

My children? Someone tries to harm them? I may make an exception..

I myself have mellowed.. How ever if someone got into my face ((a guy))
and I know hes going to try to smack me, Ill hit him first with all I
have...Otherwise Im cool

i pushed a girl down in a bar across the dancefloor about 6 yrs
ago...but she interfered with me dancing with my date.. had earlier took
her shirt off in the bar and yes no bra changed into some guys shirt
right at table.. was in and out of bar all night i think she was doing
drugs not sure.... never talked to me didnt sit at my table came back
from outside while dancing i feel someone humping my leg.... yes i
shoved her! id do it again too..

id probabaly shove some guy in that same circumstance
also

Aggressive not normally, but everyone has thier limits. When I was up
north a while back with .......one of his friends got real grabby with
me. I kept telling him to keep his hands to himself but he did not
listen. The guy I was with didn't speak up for me and his friend grabbed
me in an area that was my breaking point-I broke his nose!

I have my breaking point too...I will never hit first...BUT I will and
have if I am hit first or if anyone ever touched my kids....God help
them!!!!!!!!!!!

In grade 7 I punched some jerk in the eye that was teasing me and made
him cry...BUT that was the only time I hit first cause the guy wouldn't
get out of my face!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprise physical attacks I don't handle well. I react, then realize.

I would never get in a fight.

If it was to protect myself-I'd kick a**.

I'm not at all agressive.

My teacher wouldn't give me a beer in grade 7 so I had to go with my
agresssion!!!!!!!!

To be physical with someone... I would REALLY REALLY have to be pissed
me off....Haven't had to get that far...Well unless you mess with my
kids...I did run some ladys off that were talking to my children and
didn't come to my front door imeditaly...I'm sure trying to envite us to
church or something like that...You just don't mess with my kids!

Now not long ago...friends came home after going out and this guy had
hopped in one of their cars and came home with them...He was acting like
a azz and was trying to force hisself on my friend I was living with...I
got in his face pretty bad...he did't like me very much by the time his
cab that I had some one call for him came. Voiced it alot...lol i'm sure
you can figure out when he had to say to me...B would start it off. LOL!
I'm sorry the way he was acting was just uncool!

It's not a bad idea to study Martial arts. It not only teaches you self
control, but also how to act, or react to situations. I know AB studies
it, and so do I. I'm sure there are others here that do as well.

I think that it helps you walk away with maybe a little more confidence,
just in case. I've been both shot and stabbed, and the arts helped me a
lot in both of those cases.

I've never started a fight, but sometimes you can find yourself in the
middle of one. BTW both events happened in other countries.
