Topic: your breakfast -- June 3 --

what will you have?? Some people, eat on the run; some, will enjoy a sit down breakfast. (How about we start you off ,with a fruit juice??) then, maybe a nice sausage,egg,cheese bisc. with a tomato wedge, and cottage cheese.

Depending on my goofy work schedule, I very seldom if ever eat breakfast. Just a cup of coffee in the morning. Will have an early or late lunch since I work until closing time most evenings. Rick

I had some honeydew melon and cottage cheese. A cup of English Breakfast tea. I'm trying to eat more healthy. What can I say.

Just having coffee now, have to hurry up and finish getting ready for work. I'll take some fruit (watermelon, strawberries,honeydew) to eat on my break. Lunch is a ham/turkey/provolone sandwich.

I usually just have a couple slices of white bread with some Nutella (or equivalent Hazelnut spread) on it.

Usually eat very healthy breakfast but refrig is bare, need to go to store so I had leftover chimichanga from dinner out last night

raisin bran crunch or frosted shredded wheat with fat-free or low fat milk.....usually some type of Naked Juice like Green Machine or Red Machine or I mix them or other juices like Dole's Paradise blend or plain old OJ and put Green tea extract in the juice....no coffee
