The story is 7 months old, but it caught my eye. Since I missed it originally here it is:


A 12-YEAR-old American schoolboy has been arrested for farting in the classroom.

Police were called when the boy became disruptive, shutting off the computers of classmates and "deliberately passing gas" at his school in Florida, The Smoking Gun reports.

The 150cm offender was also accused of shutting off the computers of classmates at Florida's Stuart's Spectrum High School.

Busted by school authorities for disruption of a school function, the boy was taken to the County Sheriff's Office.

Police said the boy, who name was suppressed due to his age, admitted the offences and was released into the custody of his mother.

geeze that should had been my ex hubby while we were together if i had known that he could had been arrested for farting in my face(which he did and he thought it was funny.. it was GROSS!!) i could had gotten him arrested several times for it..

he used to buy beer and they never carded him. .he wasent even legal age and there was one time i was pisted off at him and he was at the store ready to buy beer and i walked in and said he not even legal age.. boy he was more pist at me...

never deliberately pass gas in the face of the authorities or the IRS

hahaaaaaaaaaaaa my son was asked to leave the room in grade 3. He let out a silent but deadly.........
