It was MSM that got him elected, I guess the love affair is not yet over.

MSM didn't do it for me.noway I saw him speak in person. I studied the issues of both sides.

Right and you represent one of how many?

Most of the people in my neighborhood, most of the people that I know, and most of the members of my family.

Btw, around 100,000 of us saw him speak in person in St. Louis.

People in other countries care about politics and its impact on their daily lives. In the US, its just an inconvenient time when voting comes around to have to endure political ads and endless rhetoric.

I suspect you are right. I am guilty of it myself. I have been talking to a guy in Ireland who knows more about the US government than I know about his. I may know the names etc...but not much else.

What do you expect? k-12 education in most of the rest of the world is better than most people with AAs and BAs in the US. Tis really sad, but no child left behind, it hurts their feeling.

well for me...even though I love history...government never interested me that much. I would probably know more than I do know if it had.

I'm no dummy by any means...I just know what interests me lol. I'm learning now though

Hitler made grand speeches! Swayed a resource lacking country to almost world domination. But Obama is making speeches now about how many times he shook it after he peed. Its kinda silly, kinda like masturbating with a cheese grater, mildly amusing, but mostly just painful.

Yea, something like 70% of americans would fail a simple test all immigrants have to take to get into the US. So people that prolly don't speak english well, know how our government works better than people that just vote party line every year. Makes me wanna just start slapping people.

I think for some it is they are too worried about what is going on here (which is enough to think about) without getting into politics in other countries. that's how I am at least.

I'm not trying to equate Hitler with Obama, only suggesting that a man who can sway a crowd with a good speech and have all the MSM in bed with him does not necessarily make a great president.
