Got hit head on by a Ford explore. I was driving suski swift. Her, the 75 YO woman that hit me, licences plate was stuck in my motor. NJ they have plates front and back. They had to use the jaws of life to get me out.
the 75 yo driver jumped out of her Vehicle and yelled at me. Then she called her son who showed up in 5 minutes. The police made her climb back in her car and watch as they got me out of my car. It took over 35 minutes to get me free. I was going straight she was making a left, facing me, She never stopped. She ran over me, well her wheels stopped in my bumper. Injuries were a few broken jibs and a hole in my knee. Daugher was in passenger seat she had banged up knees. My car was an 89 suski. she was driving a 98 ford. I had no airbags. She had a tank compared to my little car. Later found out the her kids wanted granny to be safe hense the bog car. She had many accidents. Oh and Granny had NO insurance in a NO Fault state. Gotta love NJ. |

I hit a 4-point buck who jumped out in the middle of the highway in front of me while I was doing about 60 mph back in about 1970. Totaled the car, killed the deer. He went into the grill and pushed the radiator into the motor. The police said it was lucky he had crouched down (had jumped off a bank) to soften his landing or he would have come up over the hood and in through the windshield and killed me.
  I got a major whiplash (still bothers me, problems with headaches). We had had the car for about 3 weeks, the ex was pissed. Asked me how the car was, never did ask how I was.

Funny thing was, his drinking buddy was more concerned that I was okay. And, he was mad about the car, but heck, we had traded in my car for the down payment, so figure I should have been more angry than him. Cost me more.

I came off a motorcycle at about 70 mph wearing no gear but a helmet. These are only a few of the scars from that:
 But my worst accident, actually a friend's accident when I was riding with him, was going through a car flipping about 6-8 times. Broke my back in that one. |

You will all hate me... almost 50 years old and no accidents and no tickets. Not that I didn't deserve them at times, but still...
I'm sure my karma will catch up sooner or later! I'm just glad YOU are all okay today! HUGS!

I guess i have been lucky. Broke my wrist once, got stabbed in the face once(but he did that on purpose!), stubbed my toe a few times...
