Just thought I would share because I get asked that A LOT. Or rather people assume Meeka because the traditional spelling of my name, Micah, is actually a guys name

Well, it just shows how our education tax dollars are well spent now doesn't it. I guess teaching English is not the same thing these days. If your name was spelled Mica then they would really get confused. I bet most of them don't even know what Mica is.

FYI Mica is a mineral also called Muscovite. It is a strange crystal that tears in sheets. It is partially transparent and used for sight glass in furnaces because of its flame resistance. It also has uses in electronics.
