Diet is your most important factor here, even with a ton of exercise it can be difficult to get rid of those last few pounds. Make sure it's low calorie, low fat, low sugar.

Make sure you drink water (no soda or diet soda), no carbs after 7:00, and try to raise your protein intake just a bit (for girls). The more muscle you have, the faster you burn fat. Now you don't want too much muscle of course but I'm sure you would like the toned look and it will help you drop weight faster.

As for the exercise, just make sure you're burning more calories than you are taking in. Do some cardio at home on days you don't go to the gym.

I agree with all of this but no carbs after 3 is an even better idea and eat small meals often.

Additionally, with all due respect, you don't look like you need to lose any weight at all. At 5'7'' 130 is actually on the slender side, don't push yourself so hard for a number, do what's right for YOUR body.

Once you stop the Atkins diet you'll gain it all back in a heartbeat, not a good long term solution really. Don't go "on a diet", change your habits and what you eat, that way you'll never gain the weight back.

you sound like you are in good shape and a great size.....nobody likes a beanpole

but hey, do what you feel is necessary....i am just saying that i don't believe that you need to lose any more weight

if you want to lose the extra pounds then i would suggest doing small workouts and exercises at work or around the house when you aren't doing anything....you can work on your abs or butt while driving....just remember that the more active your body is, the more energy it needs to stay active

and like they said.....eat right

I did it for a surgery I needed to have done. The weight did come back, you're right.

Ok, just checked out your pics...you don't really need to lose any weight BUT:

Your ideal weight for your height is 130 lbs (according to society).

It would be medically unadvisable to go below 121 lbs or over 160.

And to agree with Nova, I don't like girls who are too skinny either. They don't look good, they look like they are sick or have an eating disorder. When you are too thin you tend to lose those sexy curves that women have.

i know that for my height..i am at the "ideal" weight

but like i said..i carry it differently..

im very small chested and i have a tiny waist..

BUT...i have a booty...and pretty big thighs and calves

i know i cant do too much about my calves..which sucks..

but really im doing the cardio to slender my thighs and make my butt atleast firm...

really i just want to be proportional..

im happy with what i have on top...i just want it to be...hrmm..

equal on the bottom aswell?
lol

but i do appreciate all you guys have said :)

i totally understand where you are coming from....and you have to do what you think will make YOU happy with your body....just don't think that you have to conform to what society tells you a woman should look like....personally, and i know alot of guys that feel this way, like a woman to have a more veluptious bottom half....good luck and hope it works out for you

you look nicely proportioned to me. the issue is that thighs, calves and gluts are the larges muscles in the body and for a good reason. they do a tremendous amount of work. if you watch your calories you will get down to near nothing in body fat and then you will start to lose muscle. but you know since you already look very nice perhaps you should just not be so hard on yourself!

flowerforyou

really, you look great.

I cant see no booty in your pictures. You look too skinny if anything. But whatever makes ya happy.
