There is already a few good suggestions here...
If money is no option then one more alternative for you is to treat yourself to a day spa... Just go and relax and be pampered... You can always find a good massage therapist with strong hands to come over and work that kink out... |

DOGGYSTYLE!!!!!!!!!!! it pops EVERYTHING back into place!!!!! So what you are saying is give it a good hard thrust from behind and then it should all cum back into place? |
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!! It's all in the technique the pitch and the angle of the thrust to create the right amount of energy transition to the cervical spine in corilation with gnawing on the sternocleidomastoid and paraspinal muscles... |

I'll let y'all pop, thrust, pitch and angle....somebody just pass me the peas!

I'll let y'all pop, thrust, pitch and angle....somebody just pass me the peas! My Grandfather used to say sometimes when we were kids... Eat every bean and pee on your plate.. |

I could not load the pic...but I recommend a product called STOP PAIN in roll on application..it is better than anything that I have used. You can purchase it at Walgreens.
I would give you a massage if I were closer.... |

Dit Dat Jow made by a Chinese herbalist...
We used to rub this on our shin and skin around the tibia after sparing and repeated kicks to the legs... Don't put it in open wounds though... and watch for staining on clothes.. It's much better then tiger balm but I would suggest using it in correlation with alignment/message/hydro/neuromuscular therapy and heat and cold packs to create a vascular pump of contraction and expansion to promote blood flow to the area... It all depends on what is the cause of the pain which methods you would use... |

Or what about a bourbon and coke?

I usually get into a hot bath with a glass of wine and a good book, that cures just about anything

First, do you know why you have one? If you don't, there's a chance there's an infection. I once had strep in every possible gland in my neck, didn't feel ill at all, but couldn't move my head from where it was pointing when I woke up.

Wow.. what great advice. From peas, to Icy Hot, to uh "unmentionables" , to a roll on, to a Chinese Herb, and again, what sounds to me to describe "unmentionables" , to alcohol, a hot bath or strep!
I think I'll go with Myka. That sounds more my speed! |
