Gym 3 days a week rest of the week I go to the beach & walk , I'm also counting calories & most of the time eat low fat foods, it's working!!

i work out 4 times a week and don't laugh!

i use DDR.

its a fat nerds dream come true. :) i just started so lets hope it works as i already know its kickin my ass.

i also walk. at some point.. i'll walkjog. and then.. RUN! woohoo


If it's kickin your ass then it's working.. Awesome,, stick with it and take no prisoners.. ha!

Wow, it sounds like we got it all planned out... Hey, anything to have less taxes and more happiness...

Although I can be a drill sergeant if need be I can think of much better ways to get are heart rates up then kicking your ass...smile2

Just got started about 2 months ago working out 5 days a week. I was so lazy before but now my body NEEDS it or I feel like poop.

Not really. I bike a lot. Does that count? Still trying to get the motivation to get off my ass and go to the gym more regularly. It's just kinda boring going alone and difficult to get friends off their asses as well.

I'm the same way... Working out is good for your body on so many levels... Chemical, physical, emotional,,, Your body starts to crave it... Almost like a drug that is good for you...biggrin

Do you work out regularly? How often? If you don't, why not?
I dont work out ever. My job requires 8 hours of strenuous work out. Walking, running, bending, pushing, pulling,,,,,,plus alot of STRESS!!!!noway
