I would add something about the type of girl you are interested in meeting: homebody, athletic, or brainy, etc.
And, yes, spelling and grammar are important to 'the good ones'. If a girl cares about your education and the way you carry yourself, she will more than likely challenge you intellectually as well because she cares about HER education and social skills. Happy dating!
