as for me... i'm tired of rolled down waist lines, rolled up bra backings, back fat, swollen ankles and feet, fat wrists means no bangles, men teling me "well at least you have big breasts" and my favorite "but you're pretty for being a big girl"

I am a huge fan of weight watchers. It worked well for me but then I stopped going. A couple weeks ago I started eating healthier, hopefully I am doing it right? staying under 1200 calories a day...so its been working but slowly. So I know all about everything you are talking about. The best of luck! and I support you...been there and am there right now...:thumbsup: waving

I am doing weightwatchers, not paying for it....Just getting their food and excersizing regularly

I am right behind ya! laugh This summer is my goal to get back on track! I have gained back what I lost before and more... so being uncomfortable now... I will be make to getting healthier and exercising. My new place will have a pool, so that should help!

Mayo clinic website has some really good recipes!
