i mean i have tried to steal things before -who hasnt- but i dont know if i should overlook this one.

Um ... me. I've never tried to steal! slaphead That's really sad that society thinks this is normal. sad2 I’ve given back too much change even if it was less than a dollar. Karma is a b*tch plus I want to live with myself and sleep at night. winking

Do not over look this issue! Anyone who would steal even the smallest item is not to be trusted. There is a pathology about them that may have a deeper level, or they will continue to steal but on a larger scale. If they get away with this behavior then whose to say the won't lie and cheat too?

Never allow anyone in your life that would complicate you or take advantage of you. Deceit is deceit and that is never a good thing. rant

Just be glad you caught it sooner than later.

That's what you get for picking up men off the street with a bucket in their hands

out my house.

I know this must appear as a stupid question here...
were you scattering a few bills on the floor somewhere out of your house?

If they are going to steal something lying around...then what else will they steal? It's wrong to begin with, shouldn't be tolerated whether in your home or outside of it.

Stealing ANYTHING at this early stage of your relationship is bad news. HUGE RED FLAG. You will totally kick your own arse if something worse happens later on down the road.
