I donno man....just me....
when I got a problem with someone at work...I work them under the table...I make a clear point in out performing them...from puntuality, reliability, consistency and over all job performance....I let the records speak for themselves...within 3 months, you can make anyone look like a slacker if you are willing to out perform them. |

I spoke with my assistant manager about it today, and roughly that is what he said. My job performance is far better than his and apparently he complains about everyone, that and he has been fired twice before and somehow was still hired back on...I haven't been fired once and have only been written up twice for my work, I am in good shape compared too him. |
