I remember reading a thread on here that talked about cell phone records and how cell phone companies are required to keep a record of all cell phone conversations for a number of years. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I would imagine that there would be a lot of conversations to maintain. If this is true I would imagine that they would have to maintain the calls themselves
