Is there an America's Got Talent? Yes there is such thing as "America's Got Talent". I know because I did some pyro effects for their second season (the one where puppeteer Terry Fator won). It's got (or had-dunno about the current judges' lineup) washed-up flabby actor David Hasselhoff, cruel ***** Sharon Osbourne, and that Niels dude from the British show on. Other than that, the format's pretty much the same, only a little less dignified.

There's also evidently a UK-centric version of "American Gladiators" called "Gladiators UK", too. It even comes complete with steroid-abusing bodybuilder types with stupid names, too!

Gladiators has been about for YEARS! Though i didnt know it was still going. Not my cup of tea.

But listen to Paul Potts sing Nessum Dorma and then listen to Pavarotti sing it straight after.. Paul Potts doesn't come anywhere close. He is a very good singer, but is not in the same league, in my opinion. Oh yeah I think Pavarotti had three lungs or something. Amazing

I personally LOVE the shows! and im not ashamed to say it......theres worse things i could admit to....like being addicted to the computer or summit! |
