After 2 weeks of trying to get a quote for my customer I felt the need to express my gratitude to the gentlemen that were assisting me in this manner:

I would just like to say thank you to the both of you for promising to get my reseller application approved and get me pricing and then doing nothing.

I can’t even tell you how much I thoroughly enjoy looking completely incompetent to my boss.

Dell? Anybody could of told you never do business with Dell. They love to sell their products, but support and technical assistance or to correct their screw ups ? Doesn't exist.. They shipped all that stuff to India, years ago.

Not to blame you , but you should of done better research on the Company. And maybe chosen a different one.

Oh trust me, Dell was NOT my decision. We are a technologies company and reseller of just about any product you could possibly need. This is exactly why we have never partnered up with Dell in the past. Their equipment is crap, and yes their customer service is sub-par to say the least.

We have a customer who insists on having Dell servers and wants US to sell these sh*t boxes to them. We're all about HP here and they aren't much better to deal with but at least their product stands on its one 2 feet, figurative speaking of course.

Then your customer has what many refer to as "rectal cranial inversion" sorry you have to deal with it.

I would not normally send an email that is so unprofessional but I really felt they deserved it.

Just BS, after all that's what business is all about.

Make up some numbers and just throw a bunch of random numbers out there to confuse them, then they don't know WTF is going on or what the prices is.

Seriously, sorry about your problem, I hope you get it straightened out soon. flowerforyou

I hope to find at least one person there who does what they say they will do... I had no idea I would be such a task.

I don't know, it seems like the bigger the company is, the less they care.

I resell webhostng services, but I've never had a problem with my partners, they deliver reliable serivces and the tech. support they offer is top-notch. I have one reseller that is more suited for personal/small business and another that is more suited for medium- larger business. They're both smaller companies compared to the competition, but they deliver the best service I've ever experienced.

I would much rather go through one of my distributors for this sh*t but they want custom built servers, not the pre-configured kind that are readily available to me frustrated

Send the letter to their bosses.

Actually the Boss of their Supervisor, then they would get reamed harder.
