He is sooooo straight to the point! This woman is really abusing her 11 yr old daughter & Dr.Phil is putting a STOP to that abuse & tearing down the MOTHER! She deserves it!

He graduated, and he was a doctor, but his license was suspended in Texas after an incident with a young girl. He never did the things the state board told him to do to get his license back, and he never applied for a license in any other state. All this came out after the Britney Spears incident, and he had to admit it and clarify that doing a TV show isn't considered "practicing" psychology. He did graduate with a degree, but since he lost his license, it is not legal for him to practice psychology anywhere in any state. There's tons of details at this website.
