some people are so special,, i dont see how they survive the day.

With this tax credit being offered to first time homebuyers, i've keeping an eye on the market to find something in my price range that is in my district for work. I found a forclosure that has just been listed by HUD in my price range and in a decent neighborhood! I'm so excited, I keep trying to calm myself down, I aint seen the inside of it, and I haven't applied for financing, but I'm still super stoked. I think the only thing that is going to hurt me is my credit. It's not the greatest even though I'm working on making it better.
