Actually I feel anyone who commits a serious crime should be tied in the center square to a pole, and people are allowed to line up and be given a knife and slice off a little bit of him at a time. You know just a lot of pain while he slowly dies to have time to think about the crime he/she committed.

Well, they said I wouldn't need a license to sell at a "Farmer's Market". Well, I went to two that are supposed to be fairly active. Guess what.
