Carebear wanted some info on the Cameron smoker. I thought some of the rest of you might also. It is a handy gadget.

You can go to their website to learn more about their product. The stovetop smoker for about fifty bucks is the one. It's all stainless steel but you have to be somewhat careful or high heat will warp the box.

You would think that it would leak a lot of smoke but it hardly leaks any at all.

I know you can buy them on Amazon but probably Cooks.com also.
