I am DONE.............It has taken me about a year to get this Fitness Trainers test done! Alot of studying and being afraid to acturally just sit down & do it! I'm mailing it tomorrow so in a week i'll get my results! Thumbs up!

good luck. i need a trainer. or to just go to fat camp. that would rock. and probably kill me. let me know if you go work at any fat camps :P

When I feel the urge to work out I usually lie down till it passes. Good luck on the results!
