I explain to them that what they said/did really hurt my feelings and that I am suprised by their behavior.

depends on the severity of the situation. lifes too short I'm not suggesting that ill feelings be held against them, but should you let them know that you feel hurt, or simply walk away.

hand them a lolipop and say "so long sucker" no..really if they are being 2 faced and I know it ? I let them know I know it and tell them how and why! And from that point on? I will not give them the same amount of trust and respect they once were entitled to from me. then... its the lolipop

Sorry your feelings were hurt Kim. I have a couple great friends I know would never say anything bad about me. Buuut I have one good friend who is ditzy ( imagine that me with a ditzy friend) She is apt to say anything without thinking and sometimes she downs her other friends so I am sure I have been bashed :)
