Ok. Let's see what longhairbikers got going on? Well my day started out like crap with a kinda freind calling me and #1; dumping all their problems on me again. And #2; pushing my buttons until I screamed. Got so mad I jumped on my motorcycle and rode 300 miles.

Now I'm home. And I'm hungry. I'm scavenger cooking. That's where you get creative with leftover meats and fruits and vegetables and scavenge a wonderful meal wasting nothing, but using up things that need to be used up.

Wednesdays beef stroganoff with artichoke hearts in sour cream sauce lasted until lunch for breakfast today.

That's where you get creative with leftover meats and fruits and vegetables and scavenge a wonderful meal wasting nothing, but using up things that need to be used up. i do that too. i love to cook. ill just throu stuff in a pressure cooker with some spices an call it food. i jus finished some tader salad from easter an mixed lastnights meatloaf with some veggies an had beef soup. |

Tonites biker masterpiece? Spaghetti and sauce and meat. Simple. And using up stuff around the house. Not to be confused with my award winning spaghetti with durham semolina noodles and 50/50 meatballs. This is just garbage spaghetti. Meal on the cheap.

My mom gave me some johnsonville beef sticks. I ground em up and threw em in a pan. Then I had some swift pork breakfast sausage in the freezer. Ground that up and threw it in. Need beef. So I cut a third pound of ground limosine beef off and added that to the mix. This is all ground meat in a frying pan frying. So it does not brown too fast I add 4 ounces of garden stewed tomatoes. I want my meat carmellized for this is a 3 layer spaghetti. Noodles, tomato based sauce, then meat sauce. So I use up my pulped pineapple. And pina naranja into the slow cooking meat. Add ground pepper, and a few drops lemon juice, and soy.

While the meat is cooking make yourself your favorite beverage. I made a hot toddy using trader vics hot butter rum mix, one jigger of sailor jerrys rum, and 4 ounces boiling water. And pull out your most unfavorite beer out of your fridge that your wasted freind left in your fridge. You're going to use it to degrease your meat sauce. Pour half a can of that bud lite in your meat sauce, stir, then drain. Voila, grease gone. Add a bit more mulched pina maranja and pineapple juice. Simmer.

Boil up some water and use up that quarter box of fettucini noodles that have been in your cupboard for 3 years. Couple teaspoons of oil in your boiling water will firm up those noodles. Olive, sunflower, or safflower will do fine.

Olive, sunflower, or safflower will do fine. drain the juice off some pork n beans an mix them with 4 to 5 eggs then fry it in 3/4 cup of red wine vinagar untill all vinagar has evaporated. it is an awesome chip dip an it goe good with alot of other stuff. |
