scrambled egg/ turkey cups
Take two eggs, season, scramble. chopped some veggies of your choice. (I chopped green bell pepper and onion) two deli slices of turkey breast and place them in a muffin pan. Pour eggs into the turkey slices, sprinkle on the veggies and some shredded cheese. Place muffin pan in oven and bake on 400 for 15 mins. Yum!! and healthy, too! |
