They dont have to prove anything. Nobody does.

Apparently these detainees didnt either or they would be charged and put on trial.

That's why I suggest sending them back to their families.

I doubt they are all innocent as well. But should the innocent ones be persecuted any more because they MIGHT be a threat?

should we put our lives and other innocent lives in jeapordy....if we are wrong?? and the innocent one was really the guiltiest??

becasue it cant be proven either way 100% for any of them. not currently anyhow,. hence the dillema.

Unless there is any reasonable evidence to sugeest they might be a threat, they shouldnt be released. If there is no reasonable evidence, yep, you should take the risk.

If this were the case and all we had to establish was possible threat to detain someone. There are a whole slew of Americans who fit this bill so do we detain them, waterboard them to see if they will break? They could definitely be a threat at some time.

Either they are chargable or they are not. Obviously they are not chargable so they are innocent until proven guilty by our standards. Let them go.

I agree. Send 'em home to their families. I bet they miss them.

fock that. charge em and give em a trial here in the states. put them on solitary lock down and let em live on ****ty food. and lets pay for all of them to have the fairest american trial that all would envy.

According to Rahm Emmanuel we have about 1 million serious terrorist threats in this country already, as it pertains to the terror watch/no fly list and the rights protected in the Constitution.

And most of those are only the international ones, what about the American citizens who are terrorist threats?

They should (and probably will) be released wherever they wish to go.Some of these people may not be safe going back to where they came from.

Terrorism is such a small, insignificant threat... you have a better chance of getting killed by bees and lightning than you are to be a victim of an act of terrorism.

If we have a million terrorists in this country, guess what, shows over. Thats more Terrorists than we have military to fight them off.
Just trying to ban legal access to guns, to a million terrorists would do what? I quaruntee, with just a little searching I could put my hands on some gun sold from a trunk, no license, no background check and no serial number or do you think all those gang members and drug dealers are in some line filing paperwork for all those firearms that the "Drug Warriors" use as a pretext to escalate with firepower and military equipment?
