Fishing at all this year?
Trout season started about a week or so ago. Anyone have any luck? |

Trout are small, I like catching 50 to 100 pound Catfish!

Its always 'trout season' for the girls.

I'm a Bass fisher myself.. But I have a small rig for Trout. My Grandfather used to take me out deep sea fishing until he passed away last year.. Usually for Flounder and such.

I went a few times this week.. I ended up with maybe 6 or 7 that were over a foot long.. Just threw the rest back. I'll tell ya, gotta love Trout on the grille.

Bass and Trout last week, and we all did well. It was still a little chilly ~ but worth it! It was gorgeous up here in Pennsylvania this week.. 80's and 90's all day.. Too hot for most of the people out here to be fishing.. So the lake was stocked with no one on it. XD |

Too hot for most of the people out here to be fishing.. So the lake was stocked with no one on it. XD Sounds great ~ Colorado is getting there...depending on the week! But we were fishing a private lake on a ranch in the mountains, so it was cold in them thar hills! LOL...but then we just hopped on the ATV's and went to the shooting range to get the blood flowing again. Fun day!! |

I haven't had a license since 2002. I actually pulled my gear out of storage last weekend. Looks like I'm getting the itch
 . I'm going fishing soon, too.

I couldn't wait till fishing season.. It keeps me out of the trouble that I had myself in this past winter, hah. Glad all is better with that as I don't care to get into detail.
Can't wait till Bass season in PA. |

Funny thing is I always HATED fishing. My husband used to make me go even if all I did way sit in the sun or read a book. Now that he is gone I would give anything to go fish with him again.

Did some fishing in North Carolina recently and caught some big Catfish.. and I always fish with my brother when I visit him in northern Idaho...yep, some big ones there too!
