I sent someone a friend request a couple days ago, is there any way to tell if they read it? ignored me? or what?

I've sent out so many friend requests its not even funny. And they never accepted them. Got me wonderin whats the point of this if no one will talk

There is no way to tell, from what I've seen. If they reject the request, you don't get notified.

I have it stated on my profile the I would like to at least be friends first before accepting a request. It's amazing how many people don't read that...
