We are talking one night stand here? One night stand to me would be picking up someone at a bar,club,or church Without knowing them....Im talking if you have been talking on the phone,computer then first time you meet them not for me I'm thinking the 2 people were waiting to be with each other and distance was an issue

I don't think it ruins the chances of a relationship. I suppose it could if either party started to feel all guilty or weird about it afterwards, but if thats how they feel, they shouldn't have done it in the first place.

Never has happened to me... but I don;t think there would necessarily be anything wrong with it... A Spark is a Spark. I personally would rather not, just in case. I think that the build up is extremely sensual. My 2 cents

It appears I am in the minority. If you have chatted, emailed, phoned, etc. and have developed a relationship, I don't see anything wrong with sex occuring when you first meet. If you have put in the time to learn about the person before hand and are attracted in person, it seems like a natural progression to me.
