i would say men.. my ex hubby told me he was in love with me a week after we were together(yea right) he proposed to his 2nd wife a week after they were together and there still together 19yrs later and they have been married 16yrs there daughter is 18yrs. (she can deal with his crap) there was this guy i was with when my daughter was little i think he told he was in love with me 2weeks after we got together.. he aparently proposed but not directly. broke up with him 4months after and i moved out,(with police help) he was nut case..

women, but they won't say so. till they are sure you love them.. now i will go to my corner with a steel pot on my head....,.....incoming! how do I know? well women know men are afraid of commitment to begin with.... isn't that what they always say? with that in mind the logical answer would then be women fall in love faster.

In my experience, it has been the women. But who can blame them???? They were with me, so of course they fell in love quicker....
