I can not get my photo to upload.

When you say you cannot get it to upload, what specifically is going wrong? Any error messages, etc?

ask for help and than they will upload..contact customer service

We actually do not upload users' photos, nye. What happens when you try to upload them, exactly? Welcome to the site!
